Armoured protection for increasing security at the external side of a security door. Mottura Defender protectors shield the Euro-profile cylinder and help resist common forms of forced attack.

The range includes different models and security levels to suit the lock, cylinder projection, door thickness and required degree of protection.

Mottura Defender products are designed to counter attacks including drilling, bumping, picking, cylinder extraction and corrosive substances. Their armoured structure forms the first physical barrier over the cylinder and lock.

Mechanical Defender models provide traditional armoured protection and are available in different heights and constructions, with steel and, on selected versions, manganese reinforcement.

Magnetic Defender models add a magnetically operated cover that prevents direct access to the cylinder keyway. Together with electronic versions, they form part of Mottura’s Fuoriclasse range for higher-security applications.

Choose the correct Defender according to lock type, cylinder dimensions and projection, door thickness and required protection level. Fixed-height and adjustable models are available.

Installation kits are also available, and rental service may be offered for certain dedicated fitting kits.
