BANNINGER MULTILAYER COMPRESSION COUPLING

Straight coupling from the >B< Flex Compression range for joining two multilayer pipe sections of the same diameter. It is the C301 straight connector and is available in 16, 20, 26 and 32 mm sizes.

Bänninger >B< Flex Compression fittings are designed for joining multilayer pipes by mechanical compression, without open flame or hot-work operations. The system provides a stable connection and is suitable for plumbing and building-services installations.

The body is made of natural-finish CW617N-DW brass. The nut and compression ring are also brass, while sealing is provided by double black EPDM O-rings compliant with EN 681-1. The range is resistant to corrosion, chemicals and pollution.

Official Bänninger documentation specifies use with hot and cold sanitary water, heating, cooling and oil-free compressed air. The fittings are manufactured to EN ISO 21003-3 and EN 1254-3, with a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar and an operating temperature range from -10 °C to +95 °C.

The EPDM sealing elements are suitable for the conveyance and distribution of water intended for human consumption. Where threaded ends are present, the range uses threads to UNI EN 10226-1 for pressure-tight joints on the thread or UNI ISO 228-1 for non-pressure-tight threaded joints, depending on configuration.
