MOTTURA 54.J918 SERIES 54J REPLAY RECODABLE DOUBLE-BITTED + EUROPROFILE CYLINDER RIM LOCK

Mottura 54.J918 Series 54J REPLAY is a double Plurisystem rim lock for armoured doors. The REPLAY core allows the double-bitted mechanism to be recoded with the dedicated key if keys are lost or stolen; ANTIDECODUE is Mottura's anti-pick protection against Bulgarian-pick manipulation.

Configuration: recodable double-bitted mechanism in the lower position and Europrofile-cylinder mechanism in the upper position; locks are dependent.

REPLAY double-bitted mechanism: three-point, 4 turns, 4/3 Ø18 mm bolts at 28/37 mm centres plus reversible latchbolt; 36 mm bolt travel; 20 mm rod travel.

Europrofile-cylinder mechanism: lateral, 2 turns, one Ø18 mm bolt with 22 mm travel. The upper cylinder mechanism operates the latchbolt and closes the lower double-bitted key entry. Europrofile cylinder is not included.

Technical data: case 254 × 136 × 30.5 mm; 63 mm key and handle backset; □8 handle square; zinc-plated finish.

Supplied with: 3 REPLAY keys with 40 mm stems for the double-bitted mechanism and internal/external escutcheons. The range is also available with 5 keys and protected-reproduction MyKey keys; cylinder, Defender, rods, strike plate, screws and other accessories are not included.
