TIEMME MULTILAYER GAS PIPE WITH CORRUGATED SHEATH
TIEMME multilayer gas pipe with yellow corrugated sheath belongs to the AL-COBRAPEX “TIEMME GAS” system and is intended for internal installations carrying town gas, natural gas and LPG. The corrugated sheath adds protection while retaining the yellow colour used to identify gas piping.
The inner multilayer pipe has PE-Xb/Al/PE-Xb construction with a butt-welded aluminium core. TIEMME specifies an operating range from -20 °C to +70 °C and a maximum pressure of 0.5 bar for the pipe/fitting system.
The pipe is manufactured in accordance with UNI/TS 11344 and the system is intended for use with TIEMME series 2650 press fittings following UNI 7129 criteria. It is supplied in coils; documented corrugated sizes are 16x2, 20x2 and 26x3 mm.
